Abstract

The aim of this study is to clarify the approach of the judge, Mohammed bin
Ismail Al-Amrani in his inference with the Prophetic Sunnah. It also aims to
reveal the most important rules that he adopted in dealing with the text as a
serious attempt to reform the nation’s scientific actuality , which is led by
claimants of knowledge , fatwa and leadership, ignoring the real scholars.
The topic was studied in two sections, representing two main pillars upon
which Al-Amrani's approach relied in dealing with the Prophetic Sunnah.
The first is making sure of the validity of the text according to the
conditions considered by hadith critics. The second is editing the correct
concept of the text according to the rules of the Arabic tongue and its
semantics in the light of the holistic view of the text, its circumstances, and
its semantic implications
