Domestic violence in light of the Qur’an and Sunnah

Abstract

Research Title: "Family Violence in the Light of the Hoy Qur’an and  Prophetic Traditions".

  Research Plan: The research included an introduction, four topics, a conclusion, and indexes.

 Introduction: Includes the importance of the topic and the reasons for its selection, research objectives, research limits, research problem, research plan, and the approach used in writing the research.

  First Topic: Identifies family violence, its provision, and types.

  Second Topic: Discusses the causes of family violence and its psychological, cultural, social, economic, and other motives.

Third Topic: Includes the effects of family violence and its risks on the individual, the family and society.

Fourth Topic: Discusses the treatment of family violence in the light of the correct Islamic approach, with its preventive and curative aspects.

  Conclusion: Included the most important findings and recommendations.

Finally, the research concluded with indexes revealing the contents of the research.
